Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CXO Steps.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company refers to CXO Steps Private Limited, MG Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India.
  • Product refers to any and all services purchased from CXO Steps, such as C-Suite Navigator, Image Management, etc.
  • Service refers to coaching and allied services provided through CXO Steps, accessible at https://cxosteps.com/.
  • Coach refers to the expert, mentor, facilitator, or trainer assigned to deliver the service.
  • You refers to the coachee who has purchased a product or service from CXO Steps or the company/legal entity on behalf of which the purchase was made.

General Policy

As a rule, all Product/Service fees are non-refundable, except in the cases specified below.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Once a product is purchased and sessions are scheduled, you may reschedule up to two times for any given product. Any further rescheduling will not be permitted, and the missed session will be forfeited without a refund.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the services provided or feel misaligned with your assigned Coach, you may reach out to our Support Team for resolution.
  • If the issue persists, CXO Steps may, upon mutual agreement, reassign a different Coach or proceed with a cancellation request.

Refund Policy

  • In case of cancellation, the Company will deduct the cost of completed sessions and retain 25% of the remaining balance as cancellation charges.
  • Some services may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a refund/cancellation request by emailing support@cxosteps.com within 24 hours of service completion, including details of your concern.
  2. Our Support Team will respond within 48 hours to discuss the issue and explore possible resolutions.
  3. If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 48 hours, but please note that bank processing times may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
